This is a course which can restore your vitality and reconnect you with yourself and your body.
The course consists of everything that was of value to me in my own experience of coming out of depression.
It is an intensive course of 8 weeks. At the beginning of each week you receive a lesson of five or six exercises. You work on these exercises throughout the whole week. In the beginning of each exercise I give the reasons at the start of each exercise for why we do it.
The starting point of the course is the book Depression, a Stepping-stone towards Bliss which is available at Amazon.com.
Each lesson also provides instructions for the Osho Meditations, which are an essential part of the course.
Every day you receive a supporting text.
At the end of each week you write an evaluation of your experiences of the exercises. You will get my feedback on your evaluations.
Even if you are not depressed this course can give you a lot. Doing the exercises will make your life more colourful and vital and you will gain more insight into yourself.
People who have done the course have experienced finding the connection with themselves again, being in better touch with their bodies and encountering or recovering their creativity.

I have refound the connection with my body. I could connect with my body more and more and started to enjoy moving . I did this in a more and more loving way towards myself.
During the course I discovered how much I enjoyed being creative and working with colours. It gave me much joy to make a collage and to draw. I want to continue with this.
The course was very confronting sometimes, but the constructive feedback of Modita helped me through. I got a lot of insight into myself for which I am very grateful.
I have found love inside myself again. In the first place for myself, but now I also feel that I can start sharing it with others. Not because I should, but because I feel from inside that I want to share my love.
